No-Cofedence will re-move a senator, govener.
Only Goveners, Senators and Emporers can call for a call of no-cofedence.If three or more senators,Two goveners or more, or One emporer can call it. If called the emporer will call a meeting
and we will debat, and vote.

This is how the GTA started.When I first joined clubpenguin my friend zzmasterchf had though me all about the UMA,RPF,Acp and many more.
I started watching youtube videos of wars I knew that was what I wanted to do, so I got in ACP,RPF,UMA Then I relized I wasn’t a low solier I was a leader so I made the GTA for months I worked on it determend I would make my dream.But I needed something to fight for so we fought for Order and that’s why we are a republic we are NOT against freedom.We AREagainst rebellions.
